70mph Bricks in the motorway.....................

right its june the 30th and iam trundling down the M50 in my evo VI just before jct1 its 6pm and iam doing about 75-80mph about 1mile away from the M5, Fully ladden with 2 babies, prams, moses, baskets, everything bar the kitchen sink, I spot the Highways agencies LAnd cruiser up a head with its orange lights flashing in the hard shoulder, so i move into the outside lane because i thought if they have to open the door i wouln't want to knock it off.so i slow down as i am coming under the brigde and bang!!! all of a sudden iam every where sliding , steering wheel vibrating almost out of my hands. I manage to get over in to the hard shoulder and stop, I get out and first thought i got two blasted punctures. looked closer and my two drivers side wheels have caved in, so at this point iam down two 18inch O.Z supperlegga's. So the vehicle was towed back to swansea and we carried on our journey to Blackpool. ( the worst part of that episode was that the kids were in the car and i couldn't imagine what i would have done if the worst had happend).

We later found out that some kids had been chucking Breeze Blocks off the bridge Little #unts and instead of the highways agency clearing the highway... They decised to chase the kids, that in my eyes is retarded as they have no powers of arrest anyway.......

So the Car arrives BAck at LHT Mitsubishi( a sister company to Trainer BMW who i work for) so thought get everything that needs fixing replaced and get back on the road! O.Z don't stock the wheels i have anymore so after 2 weeks of wasted searching the Workshop Manager called me down to choose a new set! one glance at the Ralliart Catalogue and One Set of 18inch speedline Turini's with Pirelli P'Zeros later. Well might as well get as much as i can out of my insurance!

So iam going to pick my EVo up tonight and i can't wait. Hopefully i'll be able to get some pictures up Tomorrow!!!!

Bloody hell, that is appauling.I cant believe that they decided to chase them instead of clearing the debris.Personally, i would have taken the highways agency to court for neglegence.

Just glad to hear that all was well and nobody hurt.

At least yiu got a new set of wheels

 Unbelievable that they left such dangerous debris in the road, and chose to chase a couple of pesky kids ???

As peeps have said, could've been so much worse.

Glad you stayed safe and got the car sorted, and bonus for getting rims you prefer :muhaha:

I'd like to insert my boot firmly up the rectum of ba$tard little kids that do this sort of thing :x
