Jap auction grading papers

I was looking through the handbooks I got with my 7 today, and found it's japanese service history, which is a bonus as I didn't know it had any! Only had the car a year as well... ops:

I was also looking at the 2 attached sheets, one or both of them appears to be the auction grading. On the diagram of the exterior it points to repair to the bonnet, which is correct. When I viewed the car, we noticed that the bonnet has been sprayed, and on the underneath of it, you can see that it has had a 'dentmaster' type repair. However, everything else was spot on bodywork wise, so no probs. I was just wonering if anyone can tell from either sheet what grade the car was? I was told it was a grade 5, and the second sheet (black & white one) has a number 5 in the middle, but I haven't a clue really. Also, does anyone know how the japanese calendar works, as the dates on this & the service history make no sense to me...

Any help appreciated...

Anyhow, I'm happy with car, just curious.

Barrie has sorted this for me. The 2nd sheet is a copy of the japanese deregistration document, the 1st one (the colour one) he thinks is some sort of service document. There is a sticker in the drivers door apperture, which has the same mileage 15931km on it though... :-?
