stripped, cleaned, skimmed valves lapped in for an air tight seal new valve stem seals includes cams and lash adjusters and is ready just to bolt on i needed one of these last year when my cam belt slipped i was lucky enough to get two one was built up (i used on my car) and on wasn't this one now spipped down and fully built i have it for sale i'm asking £200 posted (£42 of that is postage) this can be bolted on straight away so grab a bargin cheers
