If BigEars is anything like me, because risking it might save my job!
I'm not good with getting places on time, so if I hit a bad spot in the road I tend to just plough through. I take a good look first, stick me foot in, back her up and don't go to slow.
But, I've never done it in an evo. Ford Cortina does it just great though!
