We had problems like that in the past, and it turned out to be faulty wiring in the dash. There was nothing wrong at all. In this case, the air bag lights would come on if I turned a corner too tightly, and wouldn't go off till I turned the engine off, powered down the dash and started again.
I had it fixed once and it came back a year or so later, so I just left it.
