I must of missed this post originally, ECU's entrige me.
what is the sample rate of the ECU? if the engine is reving to 8k, is that the crank or cam speed? to have a view at that I would imagine the ECU to be sampling at at lease 32khz.
I assume that the rest of the ECU componants are AD and DA convertors because I would of thought most inputs to the ECU are not digital.
