I know what you're waying regarding the guarantees especially for competition stuff. What i shouldve said was, are there any manifolds out there which the majority dont crack or have issues with flanges that dont seal. Just about everyone i've spoken to who has had an aftermarket manifold of any make has had some sort of problem with it
best bet m8 is to use bursher racing cast manifold, ive had lots of problems with my own cracking although now the turbo is supported well it hasn't broke for nearly a year!
External gates (on the turbo) dont really help with creep as its due (in my opinion) to how the gases enter the port for the waistegate not the gate itself of the turbo, manifold gates eliminate it to a point, you can still get creep dependant on how big a pipe and where it comes off the manifold is, i know Rodney off the mlr sent me his manifold a while ago to see if the pipe could be altered in some way because it was still creeping.
From what i know creep is only a problem on low boost,if i set the avcr on mine to 1bar it suffers badly with it but at 1.2/3bar on low its fine and 1.5bar is also fine probably to do with the fact the turbo is at its limits to produce that pressure so 99% of the time the gate is shut whereas at 1bar its only 50% of the time and most of the gases are trying to escape through the gate which in turn over fills the port to it
