Now that's interesting my friend has also has a Proton Coupe which uses the GSR engine, He's now got the turbo fitted on.
Had it rolling roaded today - Very impressive considering it's still running 10.5:1 compression ratio and stock internals.
He operator had to back off near the top end as the car started to pink - he was running on 95 instead of 99!!
I'm sure he'll be after even more power as well.
Would the ecu need to be swapped from a GSR to evo one? Any other things he would need to do ? Maybe drop the compression down.
