Well afaik the torque wont increase per say but the RS box is great for track work with the ratios being shorter.

Yes you can fit a GSR fifth gear should you wish.

Speeds in every gear are something like this

1st: 42mph vs 45mph

2nd: 60mph vs 65mph

3rd: 81mph vs 90mph

4th: 107mph vs 123mp

5th: 142mph vs 166mph

Compared to my GSR box I'd now keep my RS box without question!!!! 8) :muhaha:
